A rapscallion from Waddington, known as Drew Fraser, has swindled local shops out of nearly £600 worth of grub and razors. This notorious resident of Mere Road pulled off the audacious act at both the local Budgens in Waddington and a Tesco in Lincoln, all within the short span from Sunday, February 16, to Tuesday, February 18. Fraser bravely faced the music at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court where he admitted to his pilfering spree. The total tally for his cheeky escapades exceeded £590. But it wasn’t just shoplifting that landed Fraser in hot water. He also confessed to a public order offence, having thrown about threats of violence in his hometown on Saturday, February 15. The court doled out a three-year criminal behaviour order, which prohibits Fraser from so much as setting foot in the Budgens store or its car park in Waddington. The 29-year-old was also slapped with a 12-month community order, a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement, and a six-month drug rehabilitation order. The miscreant has been instructed to pay £150 in compensation to Budgens and £300 to Tesco.
