The postponement of the sentencing for Brian Simpson, the murderer of Spalding mother Kristine Sparane in 2024, has been announced, with the new date set for 2026. Sixty-four-year-old Simpson was relocated to a secure hospital for a psychiatric evaluation after being declared unfit to stand trial. Sparane, 37, was found by police at her residence on Winsover Road, Spalding.
