120 New Waterside Homes Approved Near Grimsby’s Alexandra Dock

A substantial housing development is on track to overhaul unused land at Grimsby’s Alexandra Dock, thanks to a recently approved proposal from North East Lincolnshire Council. The council has approved the housebuilder, Keepmoat, to develop 120 new homes alongside the River Freshney, in a project promising to bring a considerable £20m investment. Importantly, the development will consist of 54 affordable homes, contributing much-needed supply to the local housing market. Housing cabinet member, Councillor Stewart Swinburn, voiced his satisfaction, noting that the project is advancing towards completion.
