Lincolnshire Gang Jailed for £3m Cocaine Trafficking Operation

Eight men and a woman connected to a major drug trafficking scheme in Lincolnshire have been sentenced. The group was involved in transporting cocaine worth between £2.4m and £3m from Liverpool to Skegness. Charlie Pamphilon, a 26-year-old from Stevenage, received a suspended sentence of two years at the Lincoln Crown Court. Det Sgt Adam Petty of the Lincolnshire Police’s Serious and Organised Crime Unit believes the arrests will have a beneficial impact on the community in Skegness.

The initial investigation in 2023 discovered connections between Ross Thompson and Lucy Moss from Skegness, suggesting their involvement in drug supplies coordinated by Zacc Farrell. Moreover, the apprehension of 429g of cocaine from Connor Fisher of Boston demonstrated his participation in the drug trafficking operation. The Liverpool gang reportedly provided up to 30kg of cocaine, approximately half of which was secured by the Skegness faction. Farrell’s central role in the Skegness operation was supported by Fisher and Tom Ashwell as suppliers; Pamphilon functioned as Farrell’s driver.

This bust follows several successful operations like Operation Republic and Operation Oystercatcher. The names and sentences of some of the key members are as follows: Peter Humphreys, age 43, was sentenced to 12 years and four months, Cory Bruen, age 31, was jailed for 12 years and three months, Patrick Oliffe, age 41, was given a five-year and two months sentence, Lucy Moss, age 38, received a suspended two-year sentence, and Zacc Farrell, age 32, was imprisoned for 11 years and three months.

Connor Fisher, age 25, was given a jail term of five years and 10 months, while Tom Ashwell, age 25, was sentenced to six years and three months. Det Sgt Petty highlights the importance of these convictions in making Lincolnshire a safer place and reaffirms the area’s dedicated efforts against organised crime groups.
