Lincoln City Stars Featured in First-Ever EFL Panini Sticker Album

Football enthusiasts in Lincolnshire now have the opportunity to collect stickers of their favoured Lincoln City players. This is part of an historical venture – the inaugural Panini sticker collection that encompasses all 72 clubs from the Championship, League One, and League Two. The album, which is a distinctive collaboration between the English Football League and Panini, launched officially at the esteemed National Football Museum, located in Manchester.

Delight is anticipated amongst local Lincoln City fans as they uncover their team’s luminaries amongst the expansive collection of 788 stickers. These items of interest also include statistics, trivia, and the elusive Elite and Key Player stickers. The range extends further to fabric kits and the timeless glossies, featuring vibrant club badges and towering team captains. This varied offering caters to fans across all generations.

Katie Gritt, who heads up sport marketing at Panini, shared her enthusiasm about the comprehensive club coverage stating, “For the first time, all 72 clubs, including their players, are included, providing many fans with the chance to collect stickers of players from the clubs they passionately follow”.

Echoing her sentiment, Ben Wright, Chief Commercial Officer for EFL, remarked, “Football unites fans through the shared experiences of passion, memories, and remarkable moments. This unique, inclusive sticker album, celebrating all 72 clubs, is indeed special. It honours the stalwarts who have moulded our sport and tributes the present-day players and coaches who bring excitement to the Championship, League One, and League Two.”

The coveted sticker album will be accessible in over 8,000 retailers nationwide, which includes high-profile supermarkets and local stores located in close proximity to EFL stadiums. This promises Lincolnshire fans a convenient start to their collections.
