Lincolnshire Residents Voice Frustrations Over Parcel Delivery Woes with Evri

“Numerous Lincolnshire residents have expressed considerable dissatisfaction with courier company Evri. Over 80 individuals have informed the BBC of issues ranging from parcel delays to subpar customer service. Ian Anderson, a resident of Normanby by Spital, reported difficulties with three parcels, prompting him to involve his local MP due to Evri incorrectly tagging a package as delivered. Similarly, Bill Harwin of Faldingworth, along with his neighbours, has voiced similar complaints. Harwin pointed fingers at the company’s dishonesty following a missed delivery of his bed linen order. This comes on the heels of an Ofcom survey that placed Evri at the bottom of the pile for customer satisfaction among parcel delivery firms. Evri has issued an apology to those affected and declared its dedication to service improvement, despite local challenges, especially the shortage of drivers.”
