Former Lincolnshire Police Officer Denies Coercive Behaviour Charges

Daniel Boulter, a 49-year-old former officer of the Lincolnshire Police, has entered a not guilty plea to two charges of controlling and coercive behaviour. This plea was lodged at a hearing at the Leicester Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday. The alleged incidents are said to have taken place between 2016 and 2018 during Mr Boulter’s service with the Lincolnshire Police. He left the force in 2019. Currently, Mr Boulter, who now resides in Loxley, Sheffield, has been granted bail. He is expected to make an appearance at the Leicester Crown Court on the 2nd of February.
