A man has been charged with two counts of attempted murder following a stabbing incident in the Saxilby village, Lincolnshire, early on New Year’s Eve. According to Lincolnshire Police, they received reports of an assault at a property on Fallow Croft around 01:40 GMT on 31st December. This incident resulted in serious stab wounds for two individuals, who subsequently required hospital treatment. Thomas Smith, a 32-year-old, presently without a permanent residence, has been taken into custody and is slated to have his trial at Nottingham Magistrates’ Court.
