Striking Cloud Plumes Captivate Lincolnshire Amidst Calm, Cold Weather

Lincolnshire residents witnessed an intriguing spectacle of tall cloud plumes in the county’s skies. Over past few days, these occurrences have been distinctly spotted in areas including Corringham. The cloud formations come as a result of warm air or steam emissions from nearby power station cooling towers. BBC weather correspondent, Paul Hudson, remarked that the calm, cold weather made the cloud plumes appear larger than normal, enabling them to rise vertically and be visible over vast distances.
