A special event aimed at raising awareness about environmental issues is set to bring the East Marsh community of Grimsby together. The Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) is inviting locals to a family fun day filled with entertaining activities, games, and the opportunity to pick up invaluable recycling tips. Experts will be on hand to shed light on how to manage household waste, improve bin usage and enhance energy efficiency. Organised in conjunction with the North East Lincolnshire Council, the event will be hosted at Sutherland Park on Victoria Street, from 10:00 to 15:00 BST. LHP neighbourhood team leader, Jade Bramhill, expressed hope that the day will enable learning about recycling to be a fun experience, while fostering community spirit.
