Motorists in northern Lincolnshire are advised to exhbit caution this week, as mobile speed camera vans are set to patrol several roads in the area. The schedule for deployment of these cameras is detailed on the Safer Roads Humber website. The website also reveals the pre-planned locations for the cameras, but warns that additional sites may also be overseen by enforcement officers. It’s pertinent to note that Humberside Police, in collaboration with Safer Roads Humber, maintain the power to enforce speed limits on any road at any given moment.
The allocated locations for the mobile speed cameras for the forthcoming week are as mentioned:
On Monday, April 21, the cameras will be located at various sites throughout the region. Tuesday, April 22, will see them at Tetney Road, Humberston. On Wednesday, April 23, they will be situated on B1207 Appleby Lane, Broughton. The speed cameras move to East Halton Road, North Killingholme on Thursday, April 24, while on Friday, April 25, they will be on Energy Park Way, between Grimsby and Immingham. Throughout the weekend, on Saturday, April 26, and Sunday, April 27, the speed cameras will again cover various sites across the region.
The North Bank of the Humber Bridge will also be monitored by mobile cameras for those travelling across. Motorists are urged to stay aware of the speed cameras’ locations and always adhere to speed limits to ensure safety on the roads.
