Recent data from the Land Registry has revealed the most expensive postcodes for property in North East Lincolnshire, showing considerable fluctuations in house prices over the past year.
The priciest area is DN37, which includes Ashby-cum-Fenby, where the average house price is £232,118.29. This figure represents a 2.17% increase from £227,187.25 in February 2024.
On the other hand, the DN41 postcode area, covering Healing, has seen a significant decrease in average house prices. The average property price here has reduced by 8.69% to £226,126.92, down from £247,648.56 a year earlier.
In Grimsby’s DN33 postcode, the average house price of £184,420.80 ranks third. This is a 3.27% increase from £178,587.46 in February 2024.
In general, most regions in Grimsby and Cleethorpes have experienced a rise in prices between 3% and 5% over the previous year.
