Three people have been arrested and charged in connection with a particularly alarming burglary incident in Lincoln, during which one of the perpetrators was allegedly armed. This event took place in the early hours of Easter Monday, prompting an emergency response from Lincolnshire Police. The offenders were reported to have forcefully entered a residence on Carholme Road, intimidating the residents with a weapon before absconding with several items. The occurrence, which took place at approximately 6:30 am on April 21, is believed to have been an isolated episode.
A rapid response from the police resulted in the arrest of three individuals later the same day. Tom Coussens, 29, who resides on Avondale Street, now faces charges of aggravated burglary. He has been detained and is listed to appear before Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on April 23. Michael Oldnall, aged 31 from Ellison Street, has also been charged with aggravated burglary, in addition to possession of crack cocaine. His court appearance is scheduled for the same day.
The third individual arrested, Nicolea Tirzian, 28, from Hood Street, has been charged with handling goods that were stolen during the actual incident. He has been granted bail on specific conditions and is scheduled to appear in court on May 8.
