Grimsby Town Centre Faces Sunday Road Closure for Crane Operation

Motorists in Grimsby are being alerted to a substantial road closure occurring this Sunday. Osborne Street in the town centre will be shut from 7am to 5.30pm to enable the operation of a crane needed to hoist a sizeable piece of machinery to a local business on Victoria Street West. Consequently, traffic will be rerouted via Doughty Road and Garden Street. Furthermore, a stretch of Victoria Street West, between Lloyds bank and Pizza Hut, will face a temporary closure whilst the machinery is being positioned. However, access will be reinstated before and after this operation. North East Lincolnshire Council has confirmed that parking suspensions, diversions, and temporary signage will be executed throughout the closure to aid drivers.
