Three of Lincolnshire’s much-loved beaches, Mablethorpe, Skegness, and Sutton-on-Sea, have once again been commended with the respected Blue Flag status, reinforcing their perfect condition. This esteemed honour is awarded by the environmental charity Keep Britain Tidy and identifies these coastal treasures as some of the safest, cleanest, and most environmentally-friendly beaches nationwide. East Lindsey District Council’s Councillor Martin Foster expressed his jubilation, saying, “These awards not only underline the outstanding quality and cleanliness of our beaches, but also boost East Lindsey’s position as a leading destination for residents and holidaymakers.”
