A gentleman has been summoned to court subsequent to an unfortunate accident that resulted in a pedestrian’s demise in Ingoldmells, a village near Skegness. Gary Stephens, who was 63 years old, tragically passed away after he was hit by an automobile whilst traversing Anchor Lane on the 12th of August, 2023. Richard Gregory, 57, residing in Chapelfield Crescent, Rotherham, has been accused of instigating death through thoughtless driving. He made an appearance at the Boston Magistrates’ Court and was subsequently released on unconditional bail. Gregory is set to appear at the Lincoln Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on the 2nd of July.
