Two Men Fined for Hare Coursing in Lincolnshire

Edward Connors, 24, and Jerry Connors, 19, both hailing from Surrey have been penalised after their convictions for hare coursing in Lincolnshire, an act prohibited under the Hunting Act of 2004. The arrest followed an incident that took place in Crowland in March 2023. The two individuals, along with two others, stood trial in December 2023 where they were found guilty of hunting wild mammals with dogs and trespassing. Following this, the court issued arrest warrants and the culprits were punished at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on the 29th of May.
