Family Heartbroken After Beloved Goats Stolen from Dogdyke Farm

A Dogdyke-based family has been struck by the sudden disappearance of their two beloved goats, who were reared by hand on their farm and subsequently taken overnight. Emma Johnson, the proprietor of the farm, spotted their absence on Thursday morning, a result of the lack of ordinary morning sounds. Despite the farm bolstering its security following a similar event just a few weeks ago, Fred and Fred, the pair of goats, were stolen from their enclosure. Lincolnshire Police have been made aware of the theft and are currently investigating the theft and pursuing leads that may aid in the goats’ retrieval and deter potential future thefts. This follows recent discoveries of sheep remains in the Boston area, contributing to a broader concern for the safety of livestock across Lincolnshire. The community is encouraged to maintain their vigilance and report any peculiar events.
