RAF Typhoon 2025 Display Itinerary Unveiled, Including Cleethorpes’ Armed Forces Weekend

Exciting news for airshow enthusiasts as the RAF Typhoon display team has released their programme for the 2025 season, which includes a much-anticipated appearance at Cleethorpes’ Armed Forces weekend. This revelation closely follows the confirmation in March that the Red Arrows are set for a thrilling return at Cleethorpes’ flagship summer event in June. Squadron Leader Nathan Shawyer, who was promoted earlier this year, will be at the helm of the Typhoon display. The RAF describes the Eurofighter Typhoon as an ‘extremely agile, multi-role combat aircraft’, currently in active service across their operations. The Typhoon display team is set to celebrate its 20th season in 2025, and the aircraft has been a frequent participant at the Cleethorpes’ Armed Forces weekend over the years. The 2025 Armed Forces weekend is scheduled from Friday, June 27 to Sunday, June 29. The weekend’s festivities will commence with the Armed Forces Community Carnival Parade on the Friday night, followed by parades, air displays, live music and more throughout the weekend. The Typhoon’s 2025 display schedule also includes appearances at the Midlands Air Festival, English Riviera Air Show, Cosford Airshow and a host of international shows, wrapping up with the IWN Duxford Season Finale in October.
