Emergency Services Rush to Aid Woman at Gainsborough’s Busy Shopping Hub

Yesterday, Marshalls Yard, a bustling shopping area in Gainsborough, witnessed a swift response from emergency services to aid an ailing woman. This involved the combined efforts of fire, police, and ambulance crews who were on the scene. Eyewitnesses recounted the presence of emergency service vehicles, including fire engines and police cars, centred around ‘the square’, the heart of the town’s shopping district. The ambulance service has confirmed that their team was providing support to a patient. Lincolnshire Police emphasised that the situation was purely a medical incident. A representative of East Midlands Ambulance Service added, ‘A crew from Gainsborough attended the site to provide privacy screening while EMAS supported a patient in a public area.’
