Freshney Place is set to buzz with free Easter events this week, providing the Grimsby community with a cracking good time. On Good Friday and Easter Saturday (April 18th and 19th), the shopping centre will be awash with family fun. From 11am to 3pm on both days, the Easter Bunny will hop by for photos with families and youngsters. Additionally, an interactive Easter trail will meander through the centre, inviting families to ferret out hidden clues in shop windows to unravel the Easter enigma. Upon completion, participants can hand in their trail forms to receive a scrumptious treat. A host of Easter-themed craft activities and mini-games await outside HMV and BB’s café, where families can also immerse themselves in enchanting storytelling sessions and face painting, with a plethora of Easter designs to choose from. Amanda Austin, Centre Director, expressed her enthusiasm, ‘Freshney Place is always vibrant during the holidays, and our free Easter events are a wonderful way for families and friends to celebrate together. There’s something for everyone, from meeting the Easter Bunny to engaging in creative activities, or even indulging in a bit of retail therapy. Freshney Place has been a cornerstone of the Grimsby community for many years, and we’re eager to welcome everyone over the holiday weekend.’
