Three people, including a teenage boy, are due to appear in court following the discovery of a cannabis operation in Grimsby, estimated to be worth around £50,000. Humberside Police revealed that the three were caught while trying to break into a property by smashing a window. Upon arrival at the scene, officers found the individuals attempting to evade arrest by jumping out of a window. A suspected cannabis cultivation site was found within the property, where there was evidence of unsafe abstraction of electricity. The accused are Patrick Cash, 19, from Watford, Gabriel Prelaj, 22, who does not have a fixed address, and a 16-year-old whose detail remains anonymous due to legal regulations. They face charges of burglary and conspiracy to supply class B drugs, and are presently in custody, set to appear at Grimsby Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, 17th April.
