Grantham’s New Doggy Day Care to Offer Tail-Wagging Adventures

A fresh opportunity is in store for dog lovers in Grantham as ‘Who Let Your Dogs Out?’ is given approval by South Kesteven District Council to convert an office space in Alma Park Industrial Estate into a stimulating doggy day care centre. Owner Sara Barnes, clearly delighted with the decision, implied that the authorization has been long-awaited. The focus of Sara’s approach shifts from the typical facilities that merely allow dogs to play throughout the day to concentrating on enrichment and training. Operating from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, the centre promises a well-organized day for dogs, balancing rest, training, and diverse activities. A feature that makes this centre distinct is a sandpit for dogs to dig, catering to their inborn instincts. Barnes’s business venture, rooted in the dog walking service she started seven years ago after a respite from project management, addresses a rising demand for more inclusive dog care services. The centre, having opened last November, aims to provide a customized experience for each individual canine visitor.
