A male individual has been detained by Humberside Police in response to an inquiry regarding an alleged sexual assault at the Beverley bus station. The reported incident is said to have taken place on Thursday, 6th February, roughly at 13:15 GMT. According to reports, a man sat next to a 17-year-old girl and behaved inappropriately. In order to advance their investigation, the police previously circulated an e-fit of a man who they believed may hold important information related to the incident. The police are now calling upon the public to come forward with any further information that could be instrumental in their investigation.
