A 34-year-old male has confirmed his part in a disastrous collision, which claimed the life of a 29-year-old woman and severely injured a young boy. Marius Ionut Dencea was operating his motor vehicle on the M180 on the 5th of January. As per Humberside Police reports, the car veered off-course and crashed into a tree situated near Barnetby le Wold, in proximity to Immingham. Dencea, who resides on Berkeley Street in Scunthorpe, pleaded guilty to accusations of causing death and serious harm by reckless driving. The hearing took place at Hull Crown Court recently, and sentencing is anticipated for the 20th of June.
