Spalding Murder Case Set for July Court Date

Viktors Zeglovs, aged 33, is set to appear before the court in July in relation to the alleged murder of 45-year-old Vadims Zmicerevskis. The unfortunate incident occurred at Green Lane and St Thomas’ Road in Spalding in the previous November, resulting in Zmicerevskis’s demise. Currently, Zeglovs, who does not have a fixed address, has asserted his plea as not guilty to both the charges of murder and manslaughter associated with Zmicerevskis’s death. Originally, the trial at Lincoln Crown Court was appointed for May, however, it has now been delayed. Judge Catarina Sjolin Knight has announced that the proceedings will commence on the 14th of July.
