Churches throughout Lincolnshire are taking action against elderly isolation by offering a series of complimentary summer activities. The annual event, Holiday At Home, which is now in its fifth year, commences on 22 July and is led by Churches Together, encapsulating regions such as Mablethorpe, Trusthorpe, and Sutton on Sea. Hope House Church pastor in Mablethorpe, Nigel Collins, conveyed that the activities are intended to provide a holiday-like experience for those who attend. The event organisers have facilitated transportation to the Evangelical Free Church in Sutton on Sea to ensure all participants can attend with ease.
