Viking Legend of Grim and Havelock Celebrated Through Immersive Experience

A newly launched immersive experience in Grimsby vividly revives the Viking legend of Grim, the town’s Danish progenitor, and his daring rescue of Havelock, a Danish prince, from the Lincolnshire coast. The temporary ‘Great Viking Village of Grim’ presentation enables visitors to visualise and comprehend the town as it may have appeared during its Viking era. Brought to life by the creators of the Grim Falfest, the exhibition employs cutting-edge gaming technology and is enriched with audio recordings and performances by local arts students. For those interested, this exhibit can be visited at Grimsby Minster from 29-31 May, providing a one-of-a-kind prospect to delve into Lincolnshire’s profound Viking legacy.
