Title: Boston Resident Sentenced for Grave Offences Against Minors
Updated Content:
Ben Cairns, from Boston, has been handed a 15-year sentence for perpetrating sexual crimes against four underage girls within a six-year period. Lincolnshire Police refer to these crimes as ‘severely atrocious’, recording between 2014 and 2020. At age 44, Cairns was declared guilty on seven counts which included sexual assaults on children under 13. This verdict followed a nine-day trial at Lincoln Crown Court in March. Alongside his penal sentence, Cairns has also received a sexual harm prevention order with no definitive expiration and his name has been included in the sex offenders register, indefinitely.
