Stamford Man Appears in Court Over Alleged Care Home Assaults

A man from Stamford has been taken to court following an inquiry by the police concerning accusations of sexual assaults at a local care home. 35-year-old Joshua Kearney is facing charges that include three instances of rape and three instances of sexual activity involving three females, with one reportedly suffering from a mental disorder, as stated by Lincolnshire Police. Mr Kearney, who was initially seen at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, will now appear at Lincoln Crown Court on 26 August. The police have decided to withhold the name of the involved care home to preserve the anonymity of the victims.
