Appeal for Dog Owner After Young Girl Injured in Stamford Attack

Lincolnshire Police have put out an appeal to locate the owner of a Staffordshire bull terrier-type dog following an incident that left an 11-year-old girl seriously injured in Stamford. The young girl received significant damage to her wrist after the dog bit her on Recreation Road roughly at 9:30 am BST on Thursday. The authorities are now encouraging any witnesses, or individuals with information relating to the dog’s whereabouts or owner, to come forward.
