Lincolnshire Police have put out an appeal to locate the owner of a Staffordshire bull terrier-type dog following an incident that left an 11-year-old girl seriously injured in Stamford. The young girl received significant damage to her wrist after the dog bit her on Recreation Road roughly at 9:30 am BST on Thursday.
