A resident of Boston has received sentencing for perpetrating a range of severe sexual abuses against a minor. Dennis Gartsen, who declared guilt on 15 separate charges, inclusive of two instances of rape involving a girl under 13 and six occurrences of assault by touching a girl under 13, was pronounced sentenced at Lincoln Crown Court. Gartsen additionally conceded to two counts of assault on a girl under 13 by penetration, three charges of creating indecent images of a child, possession of a forbidden image of a child and possession of extreme pornographic pictures. The 43-year-old man has been imprisoned for 12 years and nine months, and is also required to serve an extra four years on licence.
