Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue teams reacted rapidly to the fire at the Coach and Horses hotel on Tattershall Road, with crews attending the scene at 06:03 BST on Sunday. Mercifully, the building was empty at the time of the incident and no injuries have been reported. Lincolnshire Police are handling the incident as a presumed deliberate act. They have appealed to anyone who may have relevant information to come forward and assist the emergency services.
