A man from Stamford, Joshua Wesley Springer, 35, was presented to Lincoln Crown Court facing serious allegations of sexual offences at a care home. Springer, who resides at Cornstall Buildings, is accused of three counts of rape and three counts of sexual activities directed towards three women with existing mental health conditions. Throughout the court proceedings, Springer only responded to confirm his identity. He has been retained in custody and is scheduled for his next court hearing on 18 November, at which he is expected to issue his plea. A preliminary trial date has been fixed for 19 January.
