Arrest Made Following Fatal Collision in Messingham

Emergency services attended a devastating incident on Messingham’s High Street on Friday evening. A 22-year-old man was detained under suspicion of death by dangerous driving and drink-driving, following a collision involving two cars in North Lincolnshire. The collision, which occurred around 22:00 BST, involved a black Jaguar and a red Peugeot near the intersection of High Street and Church Street. The victim, 21-year-old Jac Sanderson, was travelling in the Peugeot, Humberside Police have confirmed. The man under suspicion is currently held in police custody while investigations proceed.
