Indycar Driver Jack Harvey Invests in Lincoln City FC

Indycar racer, Jack Harvey, native to the village of Bassingham in Lincolnshire, has made a ‘modest investment’ in his local football team, Lincoln City FC. Harvey, aged 32, has established his career in the United States participating in the Indycar Series and now supports the League One team with his family.

In his public statement on the Lincoln City website, Harvey unveiled his pride of being involved in the community of the Imps, underlining the value of giving back to his roots. ‘Being a part of my local team, albeit in a very minor way, and demonstrating that we’re willing to contribute to our local community where the club already does so much, is extremely important to me.’ he explained.

Harvey additionally emphasised the private bond his family shares with the club, illustrating that multiple family members attend each game. His investment in Lincoln City FC creates a unique way for him to maintain connection with the club whilst also keeping up with the games from a distance, be it through Imps+ or on social media platforms.
