A Branston man has been served with charges in relation to a fatal collision that led to the untimely death of a seven-year-old girl near Lincoln earlier this year. The heart-wrenching event unfolded on Metheringham Heath Lane on January 3rd when a Kia and a Citroen Relay were involved in an unfortunate collision. Young Elsie Gascoigne sadly lost her battle to her injuries. 39-year-old Veselin Dudenski, a resident of Cherry Avenue in Branston, is now facing accusations of causing death and serious injury through dangerous driving, as confirmed by Lincolnshire Police. Dudenski is due to make his appearance at the Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on the 16th of October.
