Investigating the specifics, the Lincolnshire property market shows a highly diverse range. In the historic city of Lincoln, the average house costs £184,794, with detached properties stretching up to £307,804. Over in Boston, the average property price is approximately £182,516. While initially seeming more affordable, it represents a stiff increase, particularly for first-time buyers.
