Balaclava-clad Thieves Target Mobility Scooters in Lincoln

“Burglars donning balaclavas have targeted mobility scooters in the Moorland area of Lincoln, causing one resident great distress due to challenges she now encounters in accessing local shops. Recent events transpired in the late hours of Friday or the early dawn of Saturday, wherein two mobility scooters were seized with efforts made to take a third. One scooter was claimed after a chain which anchored it in a front garden on Turner Road was severed, whilst another was pilfered from outside a dwelling on Cotman Road.
