Norfolk Man to Face Lincoln Magistrates’ Court for Fatal A15 Crash

A 21-year-old Norfolk man is due to stand trial at the Lincoln Magistrates’ Court over a fatal car accident that took place last year. The incident, which involved three vehicles, happened on the A15 at Leasingham, Lincolnshire, on 11 January 2024. The accident led to the unfortunate demise of a 22-year-old woman, alongside injuries to three other individuals, including a young child. The accused, Callum Drake of Stratton Strawless, Norfolk, is charged with causing death by careless driving. Lincolnshire Police have confirmed his court appearance, set for 23 October.
