A Branston local has been brought before the court on charges related to the tragic passing of a seven-year-old girl, Elsie Gascoigne. The incident, which involved a two-vehicle collision, took place earlier this year near Sleaford. The accused, Veselin Dudenski, 39, from Cherry Avenue, Branston, is facing accusations of causing death and serious injury through dangerous driving. The event took place on the B1202 Metheringham Heath Lane, Nocton, on Friday 3 January. Mr Dudenski made an appearance at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, where no pleas have been recorded yet. The case has now been postponed to allow for plea and trial preparation. The next hearing in Lincoln Crown Court is scheduled for 13 November.
