Lincolnshire Police have accused Andrew Greengrass, a 36-year-old male, of the murder of Nigel Booth, following an unfortunate event in Stamford. Emergency services received a call from a first-floor flat on Foundry Road just after 01:10 BST on Tuesday. Upon their arrival, they discovered Nigel Booth, aged 67, with serious injuries. Despite receiving immediate medical care, Mr Booth sadly did not survive. Foundry Road resident, Andrew Greengrass, has since been arrested on charges of murder and has been detained. He is due to appear before the magistrates in Lincoln this Friday.
