Employees at the Grimsby Community Recycling Centre have enlivened the site with eerie exhibits constructed from rejected items. Utilising debris such as tyres, they’ve designed Halloween-inspired artworks depicting pumpkins, skeletons, and even a guillotine. Matty Harlow, who supervises the site, illustrated that the team chooses a motif and utilises recycled materials received from the community to fabricate the exhibits. The council-run centres in Grimsby and adjacent Immingham greet guests daily from 08:00 to 18:00 GMT, apart from major national holidays.
