An 85-year-old woman from Honington will stand trial after denying charges of causing death by careless driving. The charges relate to an incident involving a mobility scooter. The accused, Ann Fletcher, resides in Hallfield Crescent, Honington and has been alleged of causing the death of 61-year-old Mark Jackson. The incident occurred following a collision on Broad Street in Grantham in August 2024. The proceedings took place at Lincoln Crown Court where Ms. Fletcher made her plea.
