A Week of Nostalgia and Celebrations in Lincolnshire!

What an eventful week it’s been for the history enthusiasts of Lincolnshire! From flying our county flag with vigour to bicycle advancements and a deliciously nostalgic journey down memory lane, our beloved county truly has had it all.

In Barton-upon-Humber, a tribute exhibition to Fred Hopper and his business has been stealing the show. Hopper, a paragon of innovation and overseas trade in the late 19th Century, built a heritage on a pair of wheels.
