Cleethorpes to Host National Armed Forces Day 2025 with Spectacular Line-Up

Cleethorpes is preparing to host the national Armed Forces Day 2025, an occasion intended to unite thousands in celebrating the invaluable services of our military forces. This event, conducted free of charge solely by devoted volunteers since 2011, is set to spotlight a remarkable show by the Red Arrows, coupled with parades that will mark their presence in the delightful coastal town. The jubilations are planned to stretch over three days, from 27th to 29th June, commencing with a community carnival. It will be followed by a weekend filled with a variety of attractions such as parades, live performances, and aerial exhibitions. Attendees can benefit from park and ride services available, with bus facilities provided from Grimsby and surrounding areas. The event may necessitate a few road closures in and around Cleethorpes, hence participants should ensure they plan travel routes in advance. The weekend’s grand finale will be a resplendent fireworks show on Saturday night, ensuring a noteworthy occasion for residents and tourists alike.
