Free Skateboard Workshops and BMX Stunt Show Coming to South Kesteven for Half-Term

During the February half-term, South Kesteven District Council is set to offer an array of thrilling activities to the local youth. These include complimentary skateboard workshops taking place at Grantham, Bourne, Stamford and Deeping skate parks. The sessions will run throughout the day, offering young people the chance to refine their skills.

Alongside this, a BMX stunt show is scheduled at the Market Deeping BMX Track. Attendees will be given the opportunity to try their hand at street art and embellish their equipment with imaginative designs. This event runs in tandem with the official launch of Grantham’s new skate park, which first opened its doors to the public last Christmas.

These activities have been designed with the aim of offering an educating, stimulating and lively experience to the young people of Lincolnshire during their school breaks.
