This summer, a variety of parks in North East Lincolnshire are set to be animated with a wealth of free family-friendly activities. Local residents can eagerly anticipate partaking in a range of activities such as pond dipping, wildlife walks, bug hunting, and butterfly counting. These activities will be organised by the councilās ecology team. These events, running from the 25th of July to the 31st of August, coincide with the national initiative āLove Parks Weekā. Keep Britain Tidy, the initiativeās organiser, aims to emphasise the importance of our verdant spaces. Councillor Henry Hudson, the person in charge of environmental issues, is urging both residents and tourists to discover and appreciate the diverse parklands that our region possesses.
