Proposals for housing linked to Humberston golf course in North East Lincolnshire have yet to be published in full, and key details have not been made available to this publication.
No planning application documents have been seen for the scheme, meaning information such as the site boundary, the number of homes proposed, the housing mix, access arrangements and any supporting assessments cannot be confirmed at this stage.
If a formal application is submitted, it would be considered by North East Lincolnshire Council as the local planning authority and would normally be accompanied by a period of public consultation, allowing residents and other interested parties to comment through the planning process.
This article will be updated if and when planning documents are made public, or if the golf club, any developer involved, or the council provides information on the record.
