Sleaford Soldier Admits to Sharing Intimate Photos

A member of the military from Sleaford, Charley Marshall, has confessed to disseminating private photographs with the intent of engendering alarm and distress. The 20-year-old Grenadier Guardsman admitted to a pair of violations before Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, including circulating compromising images and harassment, devoid of physical violence. District Judge Daniel Church decided to delay the case for a pre-sentencing assessment, whilst noting that all ramifications, including an imprisonment sentence, are still being contemplated. Marshall, a Queens Road resident in Great Hale, Lincolnshire, has been granted bail on the proviso that he evades contact with the complainant and refrains from visiting a particular road in the county. The court was apprised that such acts situated Marshall’s professional future and freedom in peril as he was only 19 during the time of the incident, and he is projected to be posted to Cyprus in the forthcoming year.
